Este desbalance provoca diferentes s\u00edntomas que alertan al cuerpo de esta falta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>deshidrataci\u00f3n<\/strong> <strong>leve<\/strong> puede ser tratada con la ingesta adicional de l\u00edquidos, mientras que la <strong>deshidrataci\u00f3n moderada o grave<\/strong> puede requerir reemplazo de l\u00edquidos intravenosos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo se produce la deshidrataci\u00f3n?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La deshidrataci\u00f3n se produce cuando <strong>se pierde m\u00e1s l\u00edquido del que se consume<\/strong>. Esto puede ocurrir por una variedad de condiciones como por ejemplo v\u00f3mitos, diarrea, estr\u00e9s por calor, fiebre, sudoraci\u00f3n excesiva, o simplemente por no consumir suficiente l\u00edquido.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les son sus principales s\u00edntomas?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante entender que esta condici\u00f3n genera alertas en el organismo, que se traducen en <strong>s\u00edntomas f\u00e1ciles de detectar<\/strong>. Entre ellos, los m\u00e1s comunes son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aumento de la sed,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sequedad en la boca,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Debilidad,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dolor de cabeza<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mareos, desmayos,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e1useas,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Palpitaciones,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confusi\u00f3n y\/o desorientaci\u00f3n,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orina oscura.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recomendaciones para mantenerse hidratado\/a en verano&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n te brindamos una serie de tips para que te mantengas hidratado este verano:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No esperar a tener sed<\/strong> ni la boca seca para hidratarse. Se recomienda tomar diariamente al menos 6 vasos de agua o el equivalente a 2 litros de agua.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tener siempre <strong>a mano una botella limpia con agua segura.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tomar un <strong>vaso de agua al levantarse<\/strong>, en cada comida del d\u00eda y al acostarse. Tambi\u00e9n antes, durante y <strong>despu\u00e9s de cualquier actividad f\u00edsica<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consumir <strong>frutas y verduras.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si en el entorno hay <strong>ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as<\/strong> y\/o personas adultas <strong>mayores<\/strong>, asegurarse de que <strong>tomen agua con frecuencia<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 debemos hacer ante un caso de deshidrataci\u00f3n?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante se\u00f1ales relacionadas con <strong>problemas de deshidrataci\u00f3n por temperaturas altas<\/strong> se recomienda seguir los siguientes pasos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tranquilizar a la persona y dar l\u00edquido para beber.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buscar ayuda profesional si:<br>&#8211; La condici\u00f3n de la persona no mejora r\u00e1pidamente.<br>&#8211; Se trata de beb\u00e9s, ni\u00f1os o ni\u00f1as o personas adultas mayores.<br>&#8211; La persona est\u00e1 perdiendo m\u00e1s l\u00edquido del que puede ingerir (por ejemplo v\u00f3mitos o diarrea).<br>&#8211; La persona orina muy poco o nada y tiene color oscuro.<br>&#8211; Tiene fiebre o signos de agotamiento por calor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00a1Importante! <\/strong>Los beb\u00e9s que son amamantados deben continuar haci\u00e9ndolo y aumentar la frecuencia de alimentaci\u00f3n.
