Esto puede llevar a un uso excesivo de las redes sociales, a la <strong>preocupaci\u00f3n constante por lo que hacen los dem\u00e1s y a la dificultad para disfrutar de los momentos presentes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FOMO: S\u00edntomas para identificarlo&nbsp;<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sentir molestia y enojo cuando personas del entorno personal o profesional hablan de un evento al que no se pudo asistir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tener ansiedad cuando no se sabe lo que est\u00e1n haciendo amigos\/as y familiares.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sentir preocupaci\u00f3n al ver que el entorno est\u00e1 disfrutando de actividades sin nosotros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sentir frustraci\u00f3n y enfado cuando, por las obligaciones laborales y\/o familiares, no se puede formar parte de los planes sociales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tener la necesidad de publicar constantemente en redes sociales todo lo que se est\u00e1 haciendo, en especial aquellas que son positivas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evitar mostrar las experiencias negativas en redes sociales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sentir miedo a no ser lo suficientemente importante en las redes sociales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FOMO: \u00bfC\u00f3mo prevenirlo?<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Apagar el celular en eventos y sitios donde su uso no sea imprescindible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establecer horarios para el uso de determinadas herramientas o aplicaciones, como por ejemplo algunas redes sociales o el correo electr\u00f3nico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Llevar una cuenta de los minutos del d\u00eda en que se ha usado un dispositivo para revisar redes sociales y portales online, para empezar a considerar el tiempo empleado en esta tarea y aprender a valorarlo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recomendaciones para dar a una persona con FOMO<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Si alguna persona atraviesa por esta situaci\u00f3n es importante:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prestar acompa\u00f1amiento y recordarle que no todo lo que se ve en redes sociales es real.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promover mantener el foco en el presente y poner en valor el contacto con la realidad a partir de la interacci\u00f3n con otras personas.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fomentar el uso cuidado de las redes sociales y administrar adecuadamente los momentos para mirar el celular.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cruz Roja Argentina acompa\u00f1a a las personas y comunidades que atraviesan situaciones dif\u00edciles con el objetivo de disminuir los impactos de una crisis o emergencia sobre la integridad de cada persona.
